Welcome to our website
Teen Girls Networking (TGN) is an organisation established to address a growing need to support females in particular ethnic and cultural minorities to play an active and confident role of citizenship within our multi-cultural community of Birmingham.
We cater for girls age 11-19. Within the organisation we encourage the girls to develop existing skills and learn new skills needed to reach their full potential.
With regular training, coaching & mentoring we prepare them for the world of employment or setting up in their own business as young entrepreneurs.
Our aim is to guide them in gaining clarity and to find their passion so that they can fulfil their purpose and go for their dreams, whilst having fun with like-minded Teen Girls .
We are a community lead organisation run by members from diverse backgrounds with great expertise, essential skills and a genuine commitment in youth engagement, leadership, advocacy, women empowerment and equality.
All of which compliment our Objectives and enable us to contribute to our community social justice agenda.
